This Ramadan, BGFA aims to bring the community together by holding gatherings to celebrate the spirit of the holy month. BGFA has planned dinners where all foster children and foster carers can come together, break their fasts, and go through the spiritual month together. Each carer is bringing a dish from their culture, and BGFA will help to both amplify and appreciate the cultures our foster carers and children are from. 

This Ramadan, BGFA has unveiled an innovative and engaging initiative aimed at involving children in the spirit of the holy month. Recognising that not all children may participate in fasting, BGFA sought to provide ways for them to actively partake in Ramadan's festivities.

Bridging Gaps Fostering Agency never shy away from throwing an event for the children in their care! This month we focused on bowling events to help children and young people socialise, grow confidence, friendships and social skills.

In the spirit of love and compassion, BGFA (Bridging Gaps Fostering Agency) launches a heartfelt initiative this February, aiming to spread awareness and support for children in foster care. Under the banner of "A Valentine For Every Child," BGFA is dedicated to ensuring that every child, regardless of their circumstances, feels cherished and valued.

On Saturday 9th December, Bridging Gaps Fostering Agency (BGFA) welcomed the children of Slough to their annual gift giving initiative, otherwise known as the child-to-child event. Attending the event was Slough’s very own Mayor Amjad Abbasi and Labour MP Tan Dhesi.
